We had a very busy 4th of July and what a fun day! We started early with our community parade...complete with bag pipes & horsies (that's pretty good for our small little community) and moved on to a couple of fun parties throughout the day. We ended with fireworks and all of us collapsed into bed by 10pm. The boys had a fun day and did great rallying through; only a few small meltdowns along the way!

Cole got his first "shiner" this week, much to my dismay. He is totally fine but has a little raspberry on the side of his left eye. Someone commented yesterday that with his american flag shorts on and his battle wound, he looked like Evander Holyfield...good thing injuries heal fast with little ones. It's certainly not the last one we'll have!

He was feeling fine with a little tylenol. Here he is below hamming it up for the camera...
Other news: JD is mobile - he's up on all 4's. Batton down the hatches, here he comes!
